This Use & Care Guide covers everything you need to get the best from your planter — from correct planting and drainage to simple cleaning and long-term care. Follow these best practices to protect your plants and maintain the planter’s finish over time.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at info@riverartstone.com to initiate the return process. We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and delivery (outbound) shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund. Refunds for returns that are not due to manufacturer faults are subject to a 20% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts).

Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST. Note that returns won’t necessarily be sent to our headquarters.
