Refund policy

River Art Stone takes pride in its uncompromising customer service. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and if you’re not, you’re entitled to request a refund. All products are created by River Art Stone, and for most products, a full refund is available.

In Order to Receive a Refund:

  • The product must be unused, resalable, and in its original packaging.
  • All returns must be approved with an RMA number clearly visible on the returned package.
  • Products must be returned within 15 days of the order date.
  • Return tracking information must be provided prior to receiving the returned package.

Returns Process:

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at info@riverartstone.com to initiate the return process. We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and delivery (outbound) shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund. Refunds for returns that are not due to manufacturer faults are subject to a 20% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts).

Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST. Note that returns won’t necessarily be sent to our headquarters.

Product Note: Product pictures and specifications may vary with the actual product from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, it should be assumed that products will require some sort of assembly, which River Art Stone is not responsible for. Please check with us first before your purchase.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@riverartstone.com.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to info@riverartstone.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Your return must arrive in sellable condition. Damage to returned orders is subject to additional charges and may be refused. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
